Hear, hear. Already voted for both myself, and I encourage others to do so as
well.

Subject: IBM RFE's for z/OS - 2 to push

There are two RFE's for z/OS that both have 97 votes each. This demonstrates
that there is a good deal of interest in the user community.

I'd like to encourage anyone who hasn't voted on these to do so and let's try
to 'nudge' IBM into allocating the resources to respond in a positive way
sooner (like before most of us retire).

The two RFE's are:

Full ISPF Support for PDSE V2 Generations
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=88479
And
TSO/E: Implement Pipes Facility
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=47699

The 2nd should be easily accomplished by IBM since the CMS/TSO Pipelines are
already available (as in included in z/VM as I understand it) and available for
those who wish to special order it for TSO. Why not just include it with the
z/OS 2.3 (and then make available to prior releases) and make the existing z/OS
community more productive.

So please consider voting if you haven't. If you have, then encourage others
to vote for these.

Let's encourage IBM to make these happen :)
