All ESM will do what you are asking. The big issue you will have to overcome are the TSS to ACF2 or RACF which are not insignificant

CA-TPX provide the "screen lock" requiring the user to re-authenticate and the IEFUTL exit cancels the user after approximately twice the "screen lock" time interval.
