AFAIK, that profile is not used during IPL, not even during handling of COMM??? or IEACMDxx parmlib member. But that FACILITY Class Profile CSVAPF.<whatever> is used when you add or delete an entry from your active PROGxx member. Only my system programmers who really understand the risk(s) of that commands have UPDATE access to it. Also the same group has access to the relevant OPERCMDS profiles. HTH!
