What is the difference between your browsers? I don't have any problems with both of them to access KC. What message(s) do you see? Alternatively, if you can't see any message(s), check your proxies, cookies, certificates, clear out your cache, etc. Can you repeat your problem on another PC/laptop? And repeat from your home?
