Check your Console settings too.
Lucas Rosalen kindly gave you a URL and it is stated there:
"A suppressed message does not appear at a console but is written to the
hard-copy log."
If you want it to be suppressed in the HC log, you're basically SOL unless you
can insert an exit in that MPFLSTxx.
It is perhaps only me, but I absolutely don't recommend usage of such exits
simply because you may lose something important during a problem.
