Hi Folks,
Here's my situation. We brought up DFHSM a few years ago for a trial.
Didn't like it - preferred DMS.
We have a couple dozen files that are cataloged to MIGRAT. DFHSM was torn
down years ago, so no BCDS,MCDS,OCDS, ARCCMD00, etc.
I need to delete these, but nothing I do seems to go around DFHSM - I get:
ARC0050A DFSMSHSM IS NOT ACTIVE - START DFSMSHSM
ARC0051A JOB TSRELGDG WAITING FOR DFSMSHSM TO RECALL DSN=VAFI.MODEL.D060
125.T152314
*0026 ARC0055A REPLY 'GO' OR 'CANCEL'
I've searched the archives, but the only thing that look promising is
this post from Joel Ewing, which the listserv can't find.
Discussed multiple times in past. See archives:

Requires connect and logon using special RACF group ARCCATGP.
Any ideas? z/OS 1.13, etc...
