You might try writing to a DATASET by using ODS(output.dataset) The command is in the HSM Admin guide
The REAS=0210 can be found in ISPF - Issue PF1 (HELP) two times, select I for INDEX. Enter D on the command line and select D1 - DAIR codes It is in there.
