And that's not very effective.  Recently someone bootlegged a .zip onto
this list simply by renaming it to .txt.  The real culprits are mail readers
that mindlessly open attachments.  Enterprises should simply forbid those,
or at least move the protection to the mail reader rather than the gateway.
