After seeing your note - I went looking for it myself... it looks
like the sources have been removed from the University of Deleware site.
I did find the link on the "wayback" machine, but they simply pointed to
an FTP directory that the "wayback machine" didn't cache...
I'm going to try and dig things up; but this was from 2001...
If we can't get our hands on the sources, we'll have to remove it from
our "Freebies" section...
