Still wondering what the big step forward is and what profit and enhancements the (certainly) huge investments that have undoubtedly gone into this project will bring us and IBM.
Our PTT had a project a couple of years ago to replace all mailboxes in the entire country with new ones in a new design and style, without new functionality. Hardly a year later a subsequent cost cutting project decided that 75% of them had to be removed. Jeez... and who's gonna pay for it?
