Under the covers a lot of native code gets called which I don't think
is offloaded to Ziip. Yes It's absolutely interesting using Java on Z. Take
care of the UTF to EBCDIC translations.

WPS will again have licensing cost and run on
GCP which is MSU bound and hence $, whereas Java should be
100% zIIP eligible unless its Java-jdbc which is is
partially offloadable to zIIP..
