I've had experience with both a NFS client and server running on z/OS. I'd recommend the NFS server since it performs and functions better.

It'd be helpful to know exactly what is the NFS server. If it's AIX, what release? If it's NetApp's NFS server, same question. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Timothy Sipples IT Architect Executive, Industry Solutions, IBM Z and LinuxONE, AP/GCG/MEA E-Mail: [email protected] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
