It is the Technique-character use. The possible values for
technique-character are:
R: Roundtrip
E: Enforced Subset
C: Customized Subset
L: Language Environment Behavior
M: Modified Language Environment Behavior
P: Modified for Printer Behavior
0 – 9: User-defined conversions
So if you see -ER then it means
CONVERSION 1208,1200,RE; /* will use Enforced Subset, then */
/* Roundtrip */
