Do you refer to the [[startdate[/starttime],enddate[/endtime]] optional portion
of the TZ specification at the below URL?
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSLTBW_2.3.0/com.ibm.zos.v2r3.bpxa500/bpxa50065.htm

Here, IDT started Friday, March 23rd, 2am and will end Sunday, October 28th,
2am, so, if I specify...

IST-2IDT,M3.4.5,M10.5.0

...will this trigger automatic switchback?

Will this switchback be limited to the z/OS USS environment, or will this
affect z/OS entirely?
I've never tried this, and think a "SET TIMEZONE=E.02.00" will be required as
well.
This needs be tested when the time for a switchback comes.
