Today is Friday, sorry, two days early, but it can't hurt. Anyways, Carmen, please move over to United States Virgin Islands which does NOT observe DST. ;-) Sunny South Africa once observed DST in 1942–1944. We, my favourite land, does NOT observe DST! Namibia also observed DST in 1942–1943. They do not observe DST but implemented winter time in 1994 in all regions except Zambezi area. DST was removed in 2017. Many Africa lands also do not observe DST. For us in z/OS and USS world, DST is not giving us any headaches.
