But that assumes you have authority to perform a console display command.  Most 
large shops where I have been employed forbid application programmers any 
console authority at all, however innocuous Display may seem to be.

File 953 on the CBT contains a program LISTAPF which checks every load library 
in the STEPLIB or JOBLIB against the APF list.
