IDCAMS: REPRO OK, maybe. I have only vague memory that it's QSAM operator, where IEBGENER is BSAM, and evidently, one buffer.
It's also a fairly trivial exercise to write your own "fast" copy program. QSAM is pretty fast with optimal bufferage.
