PDS859E External command IKJEFTSR is not installed PDS987E PUTGET Service failed; RC=24 This occurs when invoking StarTool either in ISPF or at Ready. IKJEFTSR is indeed present in LPALIB, observed and verified by ISRDDN. Is this a StarTool problem? . .
