If I create a private dataspace via DSPSERV (i.e., in a server address

What I am trying to avoid is the necessity of developing code in the server
address space to recognize when the client address space abnormally
terminates and delete the database.
I don't believe there is a way to alter the ownership of a data space after it
has been created. But when you create the data space, you could assign its
ownership to a TCB that terminates
when the client address space terminates. The system would automatically delete
the data space when the owning TCB terminates.
