I'd found the LSOFT list and it says to use lists...@listserv.nd.edu for 
subscribe/unsubscribe services and ISPF-L@etc for posting
 When I send the subscribe I receive back a generic "Message Not Delivered.  
There was a problem, yada yada" error telling me nothing as to why.  Typical.  
This is what prompted me to try LISTSERV.UA.EDU as used by IBM-MAIN but no love 
there.  Will try another PC to subscribe from later.   Thanks for the assist
