What I have done is go through the Signon Process

Then use the Back Page at the top and find my entry I had started on.

I usually can save my details by going back one or two pages

It seems that I  only have 5 mins before I am timed out. I have sent in an SR 
HELP DESK REQUEST.  Maybe if we all do that, it will make a difference   ;-D
