It results in SNA sense code 088A0003 (resource not available) and how that
is handled depends upon the terminal type and definition.  If you are
asking about Telnet (TN3270/E) terminals then that in turn depends on the
Telnet configuration such as AUTOLOGON.  Most likely no MSG10 but it may be
something that you can control for Telnet (lots of options and there are
also some user exits in play).  Not easy to determine without digging deep
and could well be different by terminal.  Plus VTAM has options for
searching the network to find an active APPL elsewhere (which you may or
may not have on).
