Thanks to everyone!!!
You can get this information from the HMC (old interface) going to the CPC
CONFIGURATION and Channel to PCHID Assignment.  Would include a picture,
but they won't let me

A01B-D303-J.00  the “03” is the third PCI slot in the z9. “D3” is the third
port,  “0122” is the PCHID (physical channel ID) and “22” is the CHIPID

A01B-D307-J.00  the “07” is the Seventh PCI slot in the z9. “D3” is the
third port,  “0152” is the PCHID (physical channel ID) and “52” is the
CHIPID


Ken Mazer's input matches this, and made it much easier to figure out,
thanks again.

Michael Babcock ! Show LED turns on the light which is on the frame below
the FICON card.  Useful to point to the right card, but does not point to
which PORT on the card.  BUT I learned something new, and many thanks!
