I see some evidence that mod_http2 support is starting to trickle out in the IBM HTTP Server builds (e.g. on IBM i), but let's assume no, not today. However, the Servlet 4.0 specification includes HTTP/2 support. That's one straightforward way to get HTTP/2 support on z/OS, today, via WebSphere Application Server Liberty, CICS Liberty, or Open Liberty Version 18.0.0.2 or higher.
