I see some evidence that mod_http2 support is starting to trickle out in
the IBM HTTP Server builds (e.g. on IBM i), but let's assume no, not today.

However, the Servlet 4.0 specification includes HTTP/2 support. That's one
straightforward way to get HTTP/2 support on z/OS, today, via WebSphere
Application Server Liberty, CICS Liberty, or Open Liberty Version 18.0.0.2
or higher. Details are available here:
