Ron, Forgive me, but it sounds like you are a little out of your depth with this.
Z13 doesn't allow a CTC? Since when? AFAIK, you can have a FICON CTC on ANY z hardware. "TCPNJE has been working for nearly 3 years and then all of a sudden it isn't and networking says it's a mainframe problem" - er, NO. If nothing changed on the mainframe, then HOW can it be a mainframe issue? MUCH more likely that something in the network has changed. What, exactly, are you trying to achieve? Your original post didn't mention anything about z/VM - you said you wanted output to print.. It sounds like you are trying to send output from a z/OS lpar to a z/VM lpar (I assume on the same hardware) over a network. Can you clarify? I think you may need more in-depth help than the list can supply...
