The FMID is basically accepted into distribution zone.
GIM40101E says the SYSMOD is not in the global zone. This makes sense
if you've already accepted the FUNCTION SYSMOD, as it was most likely
automatically purged from the global zone during ACCEPT. So, simply
RECEIVE the FUNCTION SYSMOD into the global zone, then try your APPLY REDO.
