could you be more specific? For starters MQ600 is fairly ancient. We got off it in 2013 and are on 9.01 on z/OS 2.2.
We had issues with some old channel exits. The MQ macros changed the DSECT offsets in later releases, so check any HOLD data for 2.2 and MQ...
