Yes, i followed and created a directory /SYSX/usr/lpp/IBM/cobol/igyv6r2 and 
changed the DDDEF as /SYSX/usr/lpp/IBM/cobol/igyv6r2 and ran the apply and 
still face the same error.

we are planning to have only one version and all both 6.2/6.1 fmids are in 
ERROR state on SMPE.

Please let me know is there anything that needs to updated and i didnt see 
specific ones on the migration guide/holddata.
