I haven't seen one yet, but the newer feature code 0148 called a "Table Top KMM" is supposed to have everything in one unit that sits on the desktop. I'll guess it's just like the slide-out KMM's you get with a rack-mount HMC, but with no sliders and maybe some rubber feet?
