So running an SMP/E CLEANUP against the target zone should delete that (I assume the function sysmod is accepted). I guess IBM should do that on whatever zone is used to merge OGL/370 (or whatever their process is) into the z/OS SMP/E zones delivered with a z/OS ServerPac also.
As far as your hesitation to drop it, I feel your pain. :-) Still so many of these printing related program products lying around my clients' environments (OGL/370, various fonts etc.) that everyone is afraid to drop and I think they way they are used doesn't lend software like TADz to track their usage.
