Are you confusing SMPTLIBs with Target libraries? TLIB refers to SMPTLIB data sets. APPLY never updates SMPTLIB data sets. It reads them when applying the SYSMOD that is packaged in RELFILE format is applied or when accepting such a SYSMOD. >Whereas, the SMPMCS and >RELFILES would have the original code shipped with the functions and PTFs.
