I think you would use STARTD, CREATEW, INCLUDE, whatever GET type calls you are using with IEWBFDAT, and ENDD. The GET calls are slightly different, but the data formats (IEWBUFF) are the same. I was (pleasantly) surprised to see that IEWBIND INCLUDE can use the token you got from CSVQUERY. I don't know when they added that, but it's handy.
