What happened to having the table of contents in IBM publication PDF's being hyperlinked to the section within the document? Many of the product publications have this feature but many of the program directories (at least the more recent ones) no longer have this capability.
What happened? This capability is extremely useful for those who don't print the publication but read them electronically. (missing Book Manager more every day) Lionel B.
