My 2ยข: subsystem datasets and subsystems in general, are something of a
backwater of z/OS development.  I'm not surprised XTIOT isn't supported,
nor that no one ever thought to update the doc. to say so.  btw, this is
not a complaint - *id est quod est**.

btw, to many unmentioned listers, this is how a proper question is asked.
It includes what was done, what was researched, specifically what was
wanted and what was seen.
