Some years ago IBM had a product called IBM InfoSphere Change Data Capture for z/OS, available as IBM Program No. 5655-U96. That product is no longer marketed and supported, but its functionality (in much improved form) is now part of IBM InfoSphere Data Replication for Db2 for z/OS.
