For NON-SMS volumes, autobackup is not controlled by MGMTCLAS (as there is
no MGMTCLAS)

For autobackup to occur:
The NON-SMS volume must be defined with:
  ADDVOL volser UNIT(unittype) PRIMARY(AUTOBACKUP)

To control how many backup versions to keep:
  SETSYS VERSIONS(limit)
