Use FORCE with great caution and realize that you could damage something or require an immediate IPL. Weigh your risks against the reward. For instance, lets say the user had an active DB2 request. Forcing this user will ignore the DB2 side of the request. DB2 is not notified and could be doing anything. You could experience storage overlays, corrupted DB2 data or ???. DB2 is a bad example but you get the idea. Using omegamon, you might be able to determine why it's non-cancellable.
