Does IBM plan to hand out zIIP engines for free to allow sites without access to them to run z/OSMF with reasonable performance? We have zIIPs, but just for the heck of it I tried starting z/OSMF on a non-zIIP LPAR. It took 8 hours to initialize, driving the (admittedly very small) LPAR at 100% the whole time.
