I’m not really claiming to troubleshoot this but I wonder - based on your EXCP count comment - what JVM heap specification people (you) are running with. I wonder if it’s garbage collecting to death.
(I’d also observe Liberty Profile has a generally good reputation for being lightweight and swift to start. As always, and z/OSMF Development forgive me for this comment :-) , it depends on what you run in the JVM.)
