The mapping info is annoyingly spread around among variously prefixed macros, in turn spread between MACLIB and MODGEN. You might start with BLSRPRD, which invokes IHAPRD and then BLSRDRPX, AMDSAPRD, AMDSAPRX, IEEMIATB, ADYPRD. Probably some of those invoke other things.
