Hello Alan, In the mean time i find out in IBM PCOMM knowledgecenter site that on PCOMM v13 IBM dropped the use of the old Certificate Management (which is part of the PCOMM utilities). Beginning on PCOMM v13 user (admin) should use the MSCAPI (Microsoft Certificate API). to mange the certificates.
