I was thinking of XCTL; you might have to attach the TMP as a jobstep if you do 
ATTACH. I expect that you will need to resort to experiment to get it right, 
since IBM doesn't publish logic manuals for TSO/E, and the TMP didn't handle 
authorized subcommands in the free base.
