Vim is an idiot.  It prefers:
    Dr.  Jones.  (List.) "Quoted." etc.  Initials

En-space, anyone?  The same intrusive formatters that pepper
my source code with "typesetting" quotes.

And MS Exchange has changed "BLKSIZE=6144" to "BLKSIZEa44".
