"(missing services are mostly file tailoring, and LM*)" AND "editor similar to 
the mainframe PDF editor" suggest that it's not ISPF. When Tritus SPF was still 
available, the developers took compatibility very seriously. That'a why you can 
have my copy of TSPF when they pry it out of my cold, dead fingers.
