If your program requires dubbing then how is it not running under Unix? All 
three of the facilites you mention require dubbing.

- using the z/OS Unix file system?
- using the z/OS Unix shell?

FWIW - I contend that there is no such thing as "running under Unix" on
z/OS.  All please discuss :-)
