EXTERNAL EMAIL First, Filemanager, then 3.10 (and then 1-View). It's not on the ISPF Utilities menu. I've no way of knowing if or how to start Filemanager on anything but my own systems. You might have to poke around, or ask the Powers-That-Be. Or you may not have it, or of course, have sysadmins that assume you're not worthy of it.
