I've made a lot of use of DBSYNC over the years. But, since I made doing the 
Software Upgrade path, I don't have a new RACF db to compare with.

Examining the RACFLIST job turned out to be simpler than I expected. Also, not 
nearly as much new stuff, as say there was going from z/OS 1.3 to 2.1 or OS/390 
to z/OS
