The more modern languages supported on z/OS the better. Otherwise it will just be viewed as a legacy platform and will slowly wither on vine. You may find it uninteresting but if we want to attract young people to the platform it's going to need something a little bit more contemporary then COBOL, HLASM and PL/1.

We're interested in Golang as important analytics stacks like Prometheus/Grafana are written in the language. Not to mentioned Docker and Hyperledger!
