The background of this individual should include experience in: o Gathering user requirements for BI-specific projects. This includes conducting small user requirements discussions or team-based JAD activities o Development of a logical data model and data dictionary documentation o Physical database design in 2 or more DBMS platforms. This would include table layout, index selection, data type selection, etc. o Data integration design and development and hands-on experience with at least 1 ETL tool o Developing end user analysis or reporting applications using at least 1 or more end user reporting tools (e.g. Business Objects, Brio, Cognos, etc.) Communicating with both business and technical staff
