Well, I have not read that, I don't even have VM:Tape at all. But I will say that setting up PROP to respond to tape requests from VM:Backup was a cinch. OPERATOR is defined as a tape op, and gets the mount request. It immediately runs a DFSMSRM MOUNT command, and the backup runs. Shimon
